Aegan Movie Review, Aegan hits Cinema Halls, Tamil Movie Aegan

Tamil movie "Aegan" became the biggest buzzword in Indian film industry this week. "Aegan", which is directed by Raju Sundaram, has set the box office on fire. Aegan has a star cast of Ajit, Nayanthara, Suman, Piaa, Navdeep and Nassar. Aegan's music director Yuvan Shankar Raja, has done a tremendous job in the film.

Most people can say that Raju Sundaram's 'Aegan' is a copy of Farah Khan's 'Main Hoon Na'. However, he claims that he was inspired by Hollywood film 'Back to School'. Whatever, Aegan produces wholesome entertainment to its viewers. Aegan's story revolves around Shiva, a dare devil cop. He hates crime, criminals and mafias and fights with them singlehandedly. He believes what his father says - "He is a one-man army, who trusts only his gun".

In Aegan movie, Shiva fights with International criminal John Chinnapa, who wants to kill his former aide Ram, who has now become a police approver. Ram is hiding in Ooty, where his daughter is studying. Shiva joins the college as a student and gives protection to Priya, Ram's daughter. Priya's boyfriend Narain turned out to be Shiva's foster brother. Lol....... Are we talking about Aegan or Main Hoon Na?

Like all other movies, the hero wins at last and the villain succumbs. No big deal! Aegan - the Tamil version of Main Hoon Na, is a good one to digest. No doubt about this.

Ghajini - Aamir Khan - Movie of 2008

Ghajini – the film is regarded as the most awaited Bollywood movie of 2008, may release by the last week of this December 25, provided everything goes fine. The film shooting was started in month of May and the bald style of Aamir Khan is highlight of its promotion.

Sambhavana Seth evicted from Big Boss 2

Breaking News! Sambhavana Seth, who has been playing dirty games inside the Big Boss house, was evicted in an unceremonious manner on Friday night. The eviction came as a shocker for Sambhavana, as Shilpa Shetty was not there to receive her. No crowd cheered her. It was a simple exit. It is not known why she was evicted like this. Perhaps picture will be clear on Saturday when Shilpa or someone else gets on talking to Sambhavana on the set.

Sambhavana became the fifth woman after Rakhi, Monica, Alina and Ketki to be voted out of the show. Among male contestants, only Sanjay Nirupam was voted out. Last week, there were three nominations. But Ashutosh and Debojit survived the axe. Sambhavana drew flak and anger from viewers across the country for her bad mouth, vulgar language, dirty game and divisive politics.

Sambhavana, known as Helen of Bhojpuri Films, remained a mystery for all and she failed to impress anyone in or out of the Big Boss house. Undoubtedly, she was the most hated participant of Big Boss history. Interestingly, she always survived the nomination, by playing tricky games. It was for the first time that Sambhavana was nominated, and the viewers did not let that opportunity go out of hand and voted her out.

Bollywood Workers call of Strike

In a huge relief to the Bollywood industry, the Bollywood workers and technicians have called off their indefinite strike after the Producers' Association agreed to meet most of their demands. The workers were demanding adequate compensation, less working hours and other benefits. The workers will go back to work from Saturday. Around 140,000 workers were on strike.

Disappointment for the Bollywood fans continues. After the failure of Drona, if you are planning to watch another big release, "Kidnap", just beware. The talented Imraan Khan of "Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na" is no where in Kidnap. Imraan, who sot into stardom after the success of his debut film, fails to deliver in Kidnap. Yet another box office failure on Eid! Both Drona and Kidnap bomb at the box office.

Kidnap is a story of just two men - Vikranth (Sanjay Dutt) and Kabir (Imraan Khan). Sonia (Manisha Lamba), who is Vikranth's wife, just is a joining link between the two. Vikranth is one of the richest men in the world. Kabir kidnaps his wife Sonia on Christmas and the drama begins...

If you love glamour and masala, then the gorgeous Manisha Lamba is there to entertain you with her style and costumes. But if you are looking for a good story with full entertainment, then you will be disappointed. Songs are ok, costumes are great, even the picturisation is very nice. But the script is very poor.

There are several situation where you will feel let down by the director and script writers. Some scenes and situations are completely unrealistic. Even though 'Kidnap' is little better than 'Drona', it still cannot be considered as a movie to watch for.

The Indian superhero Drona has collapsed. Drona brought no good luck for Abhishek Bachchan and director Goldie Behl. The Drona Abhishek Bachchan and his bodyguard Priyanka Chopra failed the enthral the viewers. Do you know that Drona was reportedly made at a budget of Rs. 90 crore? Drona is a story of an orphan boy Aditya (Abhishek Bachchan), who always kept himself away from the word "love". The villain Riz Raizada (Kay Kay Menon) is a descendant of Asuras, who wants to get "Amrith". He knew that he would have to defeat Drona to get that. And his quest begins....

Riz recognizes Aditya as Drona. He wants to capture him, but Sonia (Priyanka Chopra) rescued Aditya (Drona) and revealed that he was the Drona. The fight begins and eventually good prevailed over the evil. So, where is the excitement? Nowhere! There is nothing in the movie, which will set the box office on fire. The public is clearly disappointed on the poor story and theme of Drona. There will be no prize for guessing the outcome of Drona! It's a huge failure!
